Hello!
I'm pleased to announce that by doing absolutely nothing, I have attracted an additional 3000 hits to my blog. I haven't posted in months. And I apologize to any regular readers who have checked in and seen no change at all!
I've been adjusting to my new life in Singapore. The lush green jungle, flip-flops, wind in my hair on my scooter and salty skin has been traded in for elevators, escalators, trains, crowds, champagne and playing music on the 43rd floor of The Ocean Financial Centre 6 nights a week.
When I think back on my year, I can honestly say I've done more and changed more, than I have in the past 5 years in Vancouver. I left last December and I really can't believe I will be coming up on a year soon.
Plans to return? None yet. It's getting chilly there again! Why would I?
I want to write something long and juicy right now, but I have to run. But I wanted to post something. And say THANKS for thinking of me, clicking and reading, wherever you are.
I decided last week I am going to write a book. I'm not sure what it will be about, or how long it will take to complete, or really if anyone will read it. But I'm starting it, and that's all that matters.
Hope you, whoever you are, are enjoying life and remembering what matters. It's not money and it's not THINGS, people. It's family. Money doesn't make the world go around, love does.
