Raw Coconut Spirulina Energy Balls


I made these delicious little energy treats yesterday. Super easy. Super healthy. Super convenient! I didn't follow a recipe, just guessed the ratio and they worked out perfectly!

Small bowl of apricots, small bowl of almonds. Twice the amount of dates ( to stick all the gooey goodness together ). 3 teaspoons of spirulina, superfood of gods and goddesses! Pack into balls. Roll in unsweetened shredded coconut.

These yummy nutritious snacks are dairy, wheat and gluten-free. Feel-good stuff. I'm super excited to start experimenting with different nuts, seeds, dried fruits, cacao and even spices. Stay tuned as I share my creations with you!

So easy. So delicious! Store them in a container and keep in the fridge. They are even better when chilled and make a great snack for after the gym or yoga!

Simple ingredients!
Chop Chop Chop! ( Don't blend, because you want some crunch )
All mixed up. Ready to roll!
Pack tightly in your palm and then coat with shredded coconut
So pretty!
So healthy!
Pure goodness from Mother Nature!
So yummy when chilled!
